Moran Eye Center Opens New Clinic in Farmington

Farmington Clinic

With a grand ribbon cutting, the newest Moran Eye Center location celebrated its opening at the Farmington ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ Center at Station Park. "It was a great turnout," said Wayne Imbrescia, Executive Director of the Moran Eye Center and Ambulatory Services. "And we are so proud we can offer another University of Utah Clinic, making it possible for patients to access University-quality care in their home community." This close access is important to cancer patient Richard Anderson, who, speaking at the opening ceremony, expressed his gratitude that the compassionate care he receives from the University healthcare team will be close to home. "It's heaven-sent," he said.

Located at 165 North University Avenue, the 136,000-square-foot facility offers a wide range of health services including primary care, urgent care, and many other specialties. It is the 11th location along the Wasatch Front offering Moran Ophthalmic and Optometric services.
The Moran Eye Center at Farmington includes ten exam rooms and features state-of-the-art equipment that gives patients access to full vision, LASIK, and PRK screenings; glaucoma, diabetic, and general eye exams; as well as minor surgical procedures. Moran physicians Brian Zaugg, MD; Alan Morgan, OD; David Dries, MD; and Griffin Jardine, MD; lead the vision healthcare team.
