Transform Lives by Supporting Integrative ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½Â
At the Osher Center for Integrative ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½, we strive to complement traditional medicine with evidence-based therapies. We emphasize a whole-person approach to wellness. With a focus on stress management, nutrition, physical activity, and environmental factors, we are dedicated to empowering individuals to take an active role in their health.
Your support enables us to conduct pioneering research, improve patient care, and educate and train health care professionals. Your support also helps us expand access to underserved populations and enhance the well-being of our employees and health care providers.
Together, we can help individuals and families prevent chronic illnesses and live healthier lives. Join us in advancing integrative health.

Stories of Impact
Integrative ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½: a Whole-Person Approach
Lola works long hours in the fast food industry to support herself and her son. Though only 36 years old, she always feels tired. She was diagnosed with prediabetes five years ago. But it’s been two years since she last saw a doctor.
Lola was finally connected with University of Utah ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½â€™s Wellness Bus. This mobile prevention program is part of the Driving Out Diabetes initiative funded by the Larry H. and Gail Miller Family Foundation.
U of U’s PEAK ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ and Fitness Program Helps Couple Stay Fit as they Age
Linda Smith and her husband, Lee Shuster, started attending Peak fitness classes in 1999. Decades later, they're still enjoying what Peak ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ & Wellness has to offer.
