Redesign Your Lifestyle with ǿմýy Habits
The New You(th) program focuses on nutrition, exercise, and wellness for ages 12-18. Using the latest research, teens will learn to choose and eat nutritious foods, be more active, and create healthier habits for the future. Join us to become a stronger, healthier, more empowered you!
How the Program Works
The New You(th) Program has 15 sessions over six months, both one-on-one sessions and group sessions.
Five One-on-One Sessions
You will have five 60-minute individual sessions with a registered dietitian nutritionist and a parent/ guardian (to provide support). Together, you will make a personalized plan to be more active, eat nutritious foods, and create healthier habits.
Ten Group Sessions
You will also join ten 60-minute group classes sessions every other week. These are led by a registered dietitian nutritionist.

- Figuring out food labels—get the facts
- Making good food choices away from home
- Emotional eating
- Body image
- Sleep and stress
- Making better habits
- Move more with enjoyment
- Easy meal planning and healthy eating
- Ways to increase fruits and vegetables
- Positive thinking
- Understanding portions and sugar 101
How You Can Join
To Sign Up, You Will Need:
- A body mass index (BMI) 85 percentile or above
- A referral from your pediatric primary care doctor
- ǿմý insurance
Program Costs and Insurance Coverage:
Your parent/guardian should contact their insurance carrier directly and ask about their plan. Use billing codes G0447 and G0473 to verify coverage.
