Where Are We Located Inside Farmington ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ Center?
Our internal medicine clinic is located on the second floor on the north side of the building. When you arrive at our clinic, our staff will help guide you where to go.
To make your appointment more comfortable, our internal medicine clinic offers accessible scales that lay flat on the floor.
These scales are easier for the elderly and people in wheelchairs to use because you don’t need to step up onto them.
Convenient Blood Tests & Labs Directly in Your Exam Room
When you’re not feeling well, we know it can be hard to walk to another building or even another floor to get blood work and labs. If you need blood tests or other lab work, you can get these done during your appointment, directly inside your exam room.
Your provider will come into your exam room and draw your blood or perform the lab you need. Your doctor will then analyze your labs and come back into your exam room to discuss your results so you don’t need to walk to another room in the building.
On-Site Pharmacists, Social Workers, & Care Managers
To stay healthy, you need care for your physical, emotional, and mental health. But getting all these services at one clinic is hard. At most health systems, patients need a referral and must go to different locations to see a pharmacist, a clinical nurse, or a social worker.
We provide these specialists directly in our clinic so you can get comprehensive care in one place, during one visit. Our team includes:
- a social worker,
- a clinical pharmacist,
- a care manager, and
- clinical nurses.
Our providers work with patients to develop individualized care plans and a one-on-one relationship in a team setting.
Complimentary Services
To make your appointment more convenient, we also offer:
- free Wi-Fi,
- an on-site pharmacy,
- free child care during your appointment, and
- a comfortable lobby with electrical outlets in the furniture so you can charge your device.
Free Child Care
Child care issues should never prevent you from getting to the doctor and getting the health care you need. We offer free child care for patients during their appointment.
