How Long Will It Take to Get Your Prescription?
We process and mail prescription refills within one to two business days of your request. If your prescription is out of refills, we will contact your doctor for a refill authorization and mail it as soon as possible.
Please request your prescriptions 7 to 10 days before you run out of medicine.
- This allows us time to reach out to you if we need more information from you, your prescriber, or to notify you of any problems.
Auto-Refills
Unfortunately, many insurance plans don’t allow pharmacies to mail automatic refills. For this reason, we can’t mail a prescription unless you ask us to mail it to you. Call or visit us online to request your refill.
Controlled Substances
We can mail controlled substances to the states where we are licensed. Controlled substances require an adult signature with valid ID when they are delivered, so you will need to be home and sign for the packages.
We do NOT mail:
- Schedule II controlled substances (like oxycodone, hydrocodone, methylphenidate)
- Buprenorphine products
- Orders containing only over-the-counter products or medicines.
Outside Utah?
No problem! We are currently licensed to mail prescriptions to:
- Idaho
- Nevada
- Wyoming
