Quality Measures of Rehabilitation Care at Craig H. Neilsen Rehabilitation Hospital

Our team of rehabilitation specialists at Craig H. Neilsen Rehabilitation Hospital is committed to providing the best care and support for patients who want to regain the highest level of independence possible. We track the progress of our patients through the functional improvement care score tool. We closely monitor their well-being, progress, level of independence, and discharge plans.

These results fuel our drive and provide standards for our patients and staff. By looking at our programs and results, we are able to continue raising the bar and setting the standard for rehabilitation services everywhere.
